Warehouse visits
What happens when we walk your floor
Most assessments begin with an escorted visit. This page explains timing, safety, who should join, and how the day turns into scorecards your supervisors keep.
Visit sequence
Confirm access and safety
We collect PPE requirements, escort rules, and any bonded or cold-chain limits at least three days ahead. Hazardous zones need written clearance.
Walk receiving through dispatch
A half-day or full-day path covering docks, putaway, pick zones, packing, and outbound. We watch handovers if the schedule allows.
Collect the live reports
Whiteboards, Excel exports, WMS screenshots your team already trusts — we inventory what exists before drafting replacements.
Draft and coach
Scorecards return for your review, then a supervisor session runs the first live cycle. A revision pass follows after one week.
Who should be in the room
Nominate one warehouse manager and one supervisor per major zone. Transport desk contacts help when carrier fields matter. We do not need a full steering committee on day one.

Travel days are quoted separately. Remote document reviews can start the work when travel windows are tight; a later visit still strengthens definitions.
