Brief history
In 2016 the founders began by helping a single multi-client 3PL near the Chao Phraya clean up conflicting pick tallies between night and day shifts. Word moved through operations circles in Greater Bangkok: teams wanted scorecards written in floor language, not board-room glossaries. By 2019 we were running structured warehouse reporting assessments across Samut Prakan and Pathum Thani. During 2020–2022 we expanded fulfillment performance briefs for apparel and consumer goods shippers adjusting to tighter carrier cutoffs. Today the practice remains deliberately small — senior analysts paired with operations advisers — so each engagement stays close to the aisles it describes.
How we work
We observe receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch before we draft a single measure. Definitions are agreed with supervisors. Deliverables are paper-and-PDF packs and coaching sessions, not a product login. When a retainer makes sense, the same analyst stays with your monthly calendar.
