These terms govern use of the website neuron-tempohub.click and inquiries submitted to Neuron Tempohub Co., Ltd. (“Neuron Tempohub,” “we,” “us”). By using this site you accept these terms. Engagements for warehouse reporting work are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement when issued.

Acceptance

If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the site. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the date at the bottom when material changes occur.

Services described

Pages describing assessments, briefs, reviews, coaching, and retainers are informational. They do not create a binding booking until we confirm scope, fees, and dates in writing. Rates shown are starting guidance only.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and original graphics are owned by Neuron Tempohub Co., Ltd. or used under license. You may not copy deliverable templates from marketing pages for commercial reuse without permission. Client deliverables created under a paid engagement are licensed as stated in that engagement’s agreement.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit unlawful content. We may ignore or delete abusive submissions.

Liability

This website is provided as a general information resource. To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Neuron Tempohub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Liability arising from paid engagements is limited as set out in the relevant engagement agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
